Lots of exciting things have been happening. I work part-time at the Sunspot Natural Market. I've been teaching through Purdue Recreation Sports Center. Over the summer, I became certified to teach Yoga. I also became attuned in Reiki 1. It's time to begin a Qigong Class that is open to the public!
Mark your calendars and let me know if you will attend this 6-week progression of Qigong classes from 6:15 - 7:15 p.m. in Pao Hall Room 1197, located at 552 W. Wood St., on Purdue's campus.

2011 classes & workshops announced
It's a New Year!
I invite you to learn breathing techniques, movement, and meditation through Qigong (chee-gong), a practice that originated in China more than 4,000 years ago. The word "Qi" means energy -- vital life force.
- Is being healthy and well something you strive to be?
- Would you like to be more relaxed and free of negative stress?
- What are you doing about it?
I invite you to learn breathing techniques, movement, and meditation through Qigong (chee-gong), a practice that originated in China more than 4,000 years ago. The word "Qi" means energy -- vital life force.
The practice of qigong builds energy and promotes healing in the body naturally through the flow of blood and oxygen circulation. This works through deep abdominal breathing, slow graceful movement, and meditation that quiets the overactive mind.
