2011 classes & workshops announced

It's a New Year!
  • Is being healthy and well something you strive to be?
  • Would you like to be more relaxed and free of negative stress?
  • What are you doing about it?
A dear friend of mine says, "if you do what you've always done, then you get what you've always gotten." If you want change to happen, then you need to do something different.

I invite you to learn breathing techniques, movement, and meditation through Qigong (chee-gong), a practice that originated in China more than 4,000 years ago. The word "Qi" means energy -- vital life force.

The practice of qigong builds energy and promotes healing in the body naturally through the flow of blood and oxygen circulation. This works through deep abdominal breathing, slow graceful movement, and meditation that quiets the overactive mind.
